I don't have a user account
Onboarding is done through the health service, please contact your local GP or healthboard to be referred.
I'm having problems logging in
When I Login, I don't want to accept the account privacy permission requirements and see a message explaining I need to accept them
It is your decision to accept the sign in requirements, however after reviewing our privacy policy you decide you don't want to we can't continue to use the app as we need the information to coordinate your account on our system.
When I Login, I accept the account privacy permissions but I am redirected to another sign in page which doesn't let me into the app
Your browser is running a secure login using your health user account. Once validated you are returned to the app and this requires that your device browser is up to date.
Android browser update: (example is chrome but should be the same for others):
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & device.
- Under "Updates available," find Chrome.
- Next to Chrome, tap Update
iOS browser update (example is chrome but should be the same for others):
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store.
- At the top right, tap Profile.
- Scroll down to "Available Updates," and search for Chrome.
- If Chrome is listed, tap Update to install.
- If asked, enter your Apple ID password. The updates will download and install.
Face and Fingerprint sign in shows family members account
We support biometric logins but please be aware you shouldn't do this on a shared device as biometric login is one user per device. When you set this up it will overwrite the previous login and any other registered fingerprints could then access your data.
I don't have any Tailored Talks
Tailored Talks can be assigned to you by a health professional or as a result of a questionnaire when you have the option to select talks. If you have completed a questionnaire you can go back to it and choose any Tailored Talks appropriate to your chosen answers or the questionnaire itself.

Questionnaires are assigned to you by a health professional appropriate to your symptoms or when your account is initially setup.
